Providence RI 02906 - How can I send some maps that my students made for the community gallery?
It's easy. Just take a photo of the map with a camera or camera phone and send it to us by email or upload to our Facebook page. We'll take care of the rest! - What kinds of things will I find on your FaceBook page?
Our Facebook page contains all of our blog posts, plus it is a great way to communicate with us. Have a question or comment? Why not post it. This is also where we will post any special product announcements, specials and start specific geography discussions which we encourage you to participate in. - If I want to see a finished PDF version of a 16 x 20 inch map my students are working on, how do I do it?
Simply click on the Our Maps link and choose the appropriate category, locate the map you are working on and you'll see a link to "Download Full Color Map Key". You get a wonderfully detailed final version of the map which you can even display on a projector, computer or whiteboard. (Note: This is actually the last "step" of our Step-by-Step files which can be purchased for every map we sell. This product allows you to see all the steps, one by one, in layers.)
Online Mapping Extras
- Are Online Mapping Extras printables free?
Yes they are. When we first introduced Online Mapping Extras, it was in the form of an annual subscription. However, as of 9/1/2011, all of the subscription content is now available to anyone who wishes to visit the CartoCraze geography community. It is our way of saying "thank you" to our many long-time and new Maps for the Classroom customers. We hope you will find the smaller sized printables to be a companion to our larger maps. All of the printables are designed to explore a certain geography topic in greater detail.
