Teaching Tips

In this section we offer a lot of small lessons that will help you and your class complete the various maps, and make their own, using cartographic tips. Some of these tips are of a generic nature and apply to maps, in general. Some of these tips are geared towards a specific map, maybe one that you are woking on. You can study these sections in order, or just dive in and look at any lesson that might interest you. Be inspired to use our maps in new ways!
